Shipping Rates


Free shipping on orders over $99. For any purchases under $99, there will be a $8 shipping and handling charge. The shipment will take approximately 3 to 5 business days. Please note, if a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Product bought online are exchangeable only, not refundable.

Shipping Policy

Candle Time’s shipping charge is $4.90 for Standard Shipping (2-6 days), $9.90 for Expedited Shipping (1-3 days) for all deliveries to addresses in the continental United States for a minimum purchase of $1. All Items are shipped via UPS and insured by Candle Time while in transit until it is delivered to the User. The Confirmation Email will include a tracking number for the package.

Please note, that our lamp fragrance refills and lamps diffusers CANNOT be shipped to California. Candle Time has the right to cancel any order with a Californian shipping address.

In the event an Item is not delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering, Candle Time will endeavor to rectify the situation as quickly and as practically as possible.

Should the package be damaged during the shipping and delivery process, Users must immediately notify the shipper upon receipt, otherwise the delivery will be accepted as conform and no further claim will be accepted by Candle Time.

Should both the package and the Items be damaged during the shipping and delivery process (except through mishandling by the User), the User may claim a new delivery or a refund from Candle Time.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Refund & Return Policies

Customer satisfaction has always been Candle Time’s top priority and, as such, Candle Time handles each query on an individual basis to the best of their ability. Before an item is packed and leaves Candle Time’s warehouse, each item is carefully inspected to ensure no damages or defects are present at the time of shipment.

In the event, an item has been damaged during transit or if the item is defective (i.e. received damaged, porous bottle, metallic neck not set properly or manufacturing defect), please contact Candle Time customer care at [email protected] within 14 business days from receiving your purchase. All items on sale are however NOT REFUNDABLE.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Candle Time will replace items that were damaged during transit or broken when received. However, Candle Time does not offer replacement or refunds on any items that have been open or used. Returns, refunds, or replacements of products for reasons other than defected or damaged incurred during transit will not be accepted. Candle Time reserves the right to cancel at anytime any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible use of sale.


We ship to the United States only except for California.
